Companies Using Social Media
There is an interesting article about a company using Social Media. The writer is Ryan Waggoner and he is speaking to Aaron Burcell, VP of Marketing for SmartyCard. For those wondering what other companies do and what a VP of Marketing (really a CMO as we know Aaron personally) should be responsible for an implementing as part of their marketing plan.

I clicked through, great article with good insight for new marketing folks. Aaron seems to be ahead of the curve, that's for sure. Great to see real world examples of how companies use social media instead of all the regular hype.
