I’m always a little cautious about companies that make such straightforward claims to hit ranking targets for specific keywords.
The only way an online service like this can achieve such broad results for a wide client base is through automated submissions, content, link-building, etc. I’d personally be concerned where and how they are link building in particular for fear some backlinks from “bad neighborhoods” might creep in.
Worth a look, though, if there’s that particularly sticky keyword that refuses to budge past position 7 in the SERPs.
