Just added Seesmic and PeopleBrowsr, not sure how I missed them before. I have used both, hmm

Thanks for the list! Twinkle as an iPhone client is the best at the present time. It deserves a place on the list. I recently heard of PeopleBrowsr which is a browser interface. Similar to but maybe superior to TweetDeck in terms of functionality.

I love to use Twibble for my mobile client (Nokia N95) - very stable, does exactly what you want, and you can configure it to automatically grab your latest Twitter feed at regular intervals.

If you dont want to hand over your twitter usernames and passwords to a third party website but want to implement a “keyword” autofollow
Or
if you are running multiple accounts and need more than 100 api hits an hour (if you get your ip address whitelisted you can get 20,000 api calls an hour).
Then check out http://www.MyTwitterButler.com for $10 it’s a windows .net application that run directly on your pc instead of in the cloud.
It does two things;
1/ Auto Follows Users with up to 4 search terms per twitter account (allows multiple accoutns - I run mine with 11 accounts simultaneously but it slows it down).
2/ Direct Message Broadcast - you can send a direct message to all you users with just one click.

3. Mass Follow/Unfollow (one will get the list and he can chose the people to follow or unfollow)
a) Flush — Unfollow who do not follow you
b) Grow — Find and follow people who are likely to follow back
c) Reciprocate — Follow your followers 4. Direct Operation — Mass Follow/Unfollow people directly without choosing from the list 5. Follow Lock / Unfollow Lock — Lock people who you don’t want to follow or unfollow with Buzzom
